Do you need DITA? We do DITA! The Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) is an XML-based architecture for authoring, managing, and publishing your organization's technical content. DITA was designed to meet the evolving needs of organizations in the face of today's business requirements - for managing and publishing content for multiple products, multiple audiences, and multiple output formats. Group Wellesley, Inc. President Alan Houser is a voting member of the OASIS DITA technical committee. Group Wellesley provides DITA consulting and training services to tools vendors who want to support DITA in their products, and to companies that want to deploy DITA-based publishing solutions. We provide one, two, and three-day DITA workshops, delivered at your organization. Contact us for details. DITA Workshops Introduction to DITA (1-day) This one-day course provides an overview of the history, design, and features of the DITA architecture. Introduction to DITA (2 days) This course provides more in-depth coverage of DITA than our 1-day seminar. Students will create and publish DITA documents using the DITA Open Toolkit. Using DITA and Adobe FrameMaker (3 days) This three-day course teaches DITA concepts and provides training in authoring DITA documents using Adobe FrameMaker.
